- Customer Property is an item (or items) that you have in your possession (i.e. chenille patches) that you are sending to Neff to be sewn onto the jacket you are ordering.
- A sew-on charge of $5.00 per item will apply.
- These items must be received in our corporate office (a label is provided during checkout) within 5 business days to assure that the item will be sewn onto your jacket and not delay shipment.
- Your order will not be released to production until the Customer Property is received.
